Take a handful (about 50g).
Rinse it off the sea impurities.
Once satisfied with the rinsing, soak is for 30 minutes to an hour or up to 24 hours.
Make sure it’s submerged underwater while soaking.
The level of water will decrease, keep on adding more.

Blending
Add the translucent sea moss into a blender.
Add a cup of hot water.
